Flexible parking, up to 80 or 120 hours per month

No fixed days or hours: with a Q-Park Flex season ticket, you can park for up to 80 or 120 hours per month on working days between 7:00 and 19:00 hours. You decide when to use your hours. Ideal if you work from home several days a week.

Whether you park during the week, at weekends or at the last minute, a Q-Park season ticket gives you all the flexibility you need.

  • No more paper tickets

Thanks to number plate recognition (ANPR), the barrier will open automatically for you at the entrance and exit. You don’t have to do a thing. To open the pedestrian door, simply use the QR code in the Q-Park App.

  • Easy to change number plates

If you want to park with a different car, simply change your number plate in the Q-Park App. Then, you can always be sure the barrier will open automatically for you.

How does it work?

  1. Apply for your season ticket on the website.
  2. Install the Q-Park App on your telephone.
  3. Sign in to the App with the My Q-Park account you used to apply for the season ticket. Your season ticket will automatically appear in the App.

Terms and conditions

  • This season ticket is only valid in one parking facility.
  • You cannot combine a Flex season ticket with another season ticket for the same car park.
  • Each parking session is charged per 15 minutes.
  • Your overview of remaining 15-minute blocks is updated every 24 hours.
  • Unused hours cannot be carried forward to the following month.
  • If you park for longer than the number of hours in your season ticket, at the end of the month, you will automatically receive an invoice for the additional hours, charged at the applicable standard rate.

    APPLY FOR SEASON TICKET

  • If you wish to cancel your season ticket, you must notify us at least 1 month before your season ticket expires. You can find your current season ticket period (monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly) in your My Q-park account.

    If you do not cancel your season ticket at least one month before its expiry date, your season ticket will be automatically extended by the same period as your current season ticket. For example, if you have a quarterly season ticket, it will be automatically renewed for another 3 months.

    You can cancel your season ticket in your My Q-Park account, by using the contact form, or by registered letter. Please refer to the terms and conditions for season tickets for more information about season ticket periods and cancellation.

  • If you have a season ticket for a Q-Park car park, we guarantee there will always be a parking space for you. Even if the signs indicate that the car park is full, you can count on a space being available for you as a season ticket holder.

  • You can make most changes yourself in your My Q-Park account. However, if you want to change any details that are not listed in My Q-Park, please contact our customer service department at info@q-park.be.

  • Customers who have not opted for a season ticket that is valid 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, can of course park outside the hours stated on their season ticket, but must pay the normal parking charge for those hours. These extra hours must be paid for at the car park.
